Can you ship police or military style items?

No. 

 

J.E.M Group Inc will not ship any product that appears to be related to police, 

government or military activity. Common items include, but are not limited to:

 

• Badges

• Body armor

• Protective clothing containing body armor

• Police batons

• Handcuffs

• Surveillance equipment

Can you ship guns or weapons accessories?

No. 

 

J.E.M Group Inc will not ship any product that appears to be a weapon, weapon part or accessory to a weapon. This includes, but is not limited to, items restricted by the

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Common gun and weapon accessories

include, but are not limited to:

 

• Scopes or sights

• Ammunition clips or magazines

• Pistol grips

• Rifle butt stocks

• Items equipped with night-vision

• Bayonets

• Items equipped with lasers

Can I track the status of my shipment?

Yes. You can track the status of your shipments as quickly and easily as you can.

Here are some of the shipment status tracking options available to you:

 

• Track your shipments from origin to destination via tracking numbers on our website.

• Track your shipment directly online via our partners’ website.

How can I get shipping supplies?

You can get box (es) from U-Haul, Walmart, and from any shipping and moving

supplies shops. For 55 gallons plastic barrels and more, contact JEM Group Inc.

Can the shipping charges be paid at the destination?

Yes, J.E.M Group Inc. accepts payment at the destination in local currency.

 

Where can I drop off my shipment?

You can drop your shipments at our warehouse located at 

6043 US-10 NW, Anoka, MN, 55303

Where do you deliver?

 

We deliver at:

• Nukafu, Lomé, Togo

• Adjame Market, Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

• Akpakpa Market, Cotonou, Republic of Benin

     

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

From our warehouse in Minnesota to the East Coast at the Port, it takes 2-3 weeks.

Then from the port to destination, it take 30 days. And the time to clear the container

from customs and start distribution in our warehouse in Africa, it takes 2 months total.

Do you deliver if no one is there to receive the shipment?

J.E.M Group Inc. will hold the shipment until the recipient is available for pick up. We might charge storage fee for holding a shipment for more than a month.

 

Will the recipient be notified upon arrival of the package?

Yes, the recipient's phone number you provide at the time of shipping will be utilized to notify the recipient. If a phone number is not provided.

How can I be assured my shipment is delivered?

Can I pay my bill with a debit/credit card?

Yes, we accept all kinds of payment. However, you are responsible for any transaction fees.

 

Can I send a shipment from out of states?

Yes. We have subcontracted with freight companies throughout the country. Therefore, whether you live in any of the 50 states and you want to send your item(s) to your family,
